The Cellulite Elimination Bath is a therapeutic bath that, washes away surface perspiration, purge toxins, remove dead skin cells and refresh the mind, body and spirit. Bathing in general promotes better circulation and relieves a variety of complaints such as; eczema, arthritis, back pain, stomach disorders and cellulite. Regular therapeutic baths help relax the body, and increase stimulation of the lymphatic system.

You’ll need:
3 cups Epsom salts
½ cup distilled witch hazel
1 cup  baking soda
10 drops lavender, grapefruit or rosemary essential oil
1 natural bristle body brush
32 oz of fresh lemon water

Bath Preparation
♦ First shower to remove surface dirt from your body – this will prevent you from being run out of the tub by debris.
♦ Clean and fill the tub with hot water (if you have high blood pressure, make the water cooler)
♦ Add Epsom salts and baking soda while the water is running.

Body Preparation

  1. Before entering the tub, using a dry brush, vigorously brush your entire body using circular movements, beginning at the soles of your feet and work up toward the heart. Pay close attention to the areas where cellulite tends to accumulate; thighs, buttocks, calves, abdomen and upper arms.
  2. Add essential oil and thoroughly mix into the water.
  3. Enter the tub slowly.
  4. Soak in the tub, for at least 20 minutes, occasionally brushing your body in circular motion.
  5. Drink no less than 32 ounces of water while in tub.
  6. Rinse your body with cool water, wrap in a towel and RELAX.

Important: The purpose of this bath is to perspire. This is how the body rids itself of cellulite and toxins. You must drink at least 32 ounces of lemon water to prevent de-hydration. If you do not drink the water, do not take the bath!
